Makro-Torkam Business Partnership will build 237 houses in 10 blocks with 20 million dollars investment within the scope of Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration (TOKI) project. Chairman of The Board of Makro-Torkam Business Partnership Mahmut Dereli said: "The name of this Project is Konakkale Bosphorus. Revenue sharing method will apply in Çanakkale for the first time. We gave the best bid for this project. Çanakkale is the brand city of Turkey with its historical, cultural, social structure and values. We took the place in April and planned to start building this month. Our basic reason is to build a habitat not only house with this project. Our houses has a variance from 1+1 to 4+1, from garden doublex to terrace flat. Project has 8 triplex villas and 8 trade areas. There are walkways, pools, fitness and sauna in this project. There are open and close parkind areas for each house and 7 days 24 hours security system for all areas. We planned to finish this project on October 2013. I believe our project will draw attention."
