It was mentioned that 5 quarters and 17 streets had Pasha's names in Çanakkale. Representative of Local History Group İsmail Erten said: “We prepared a book named 'Those living in the street name’ after our investment in city center in 2002. We designated that 5 quarters and 17 streets had Pasha's names. The cause of the Pasha names in streets and quarters is the situation of that period. Quarters and streets began to take special names in 1935. Pasha’s names of that period was given to the quarters and streets in Çanakkale. There are 471 streets in 7 quarters of city center and 196 of them has got individual names.”
