Canakkale Trade and Industry Chamber (CTSO) is going to launch a tourism conference with regards to the tourism potential of Gokceada. The president og CTSO, Mr Ilhami TEZCAN told that they are working hard in order to stimulate the tourism potentai of Canakkale and continued that 'The islands of Canakkale , Bozcaada and Gokceada, have crucial importance in the future of Canakkale's Tourism but unfortunately insufficent investment have been done so far in order to leverage the potential of the islands. Mr TEZCAN added that in the Tourism Conference, which will be held in Gokceada, Tourism and Culture Ministry Representitives, several Muniplicities, and several press agents and private companies would take their place in order to discuss to increase the tourism potential of the islands. Mr TEZCAN told that their sole aim is to leverage the great tourism potential of the islands.
