22 immovable properties of Treasury in Gökçeada and Bozcaada of Çanakkale, were out to tender to be investment of tourism. Authorities mentioned that 3 of 8 cases were accepted and sent to Ministry in Gizli Liman district of Gökçeada island. Investors presented their projects to outhorities for the bid of hotels district in Uğurlu Gizli Liman. An investor from Antalya expressed his satisfaction for entering this bid. 36 sea view tourism reconstruction parcels will be allocated to investors in Pirgoz district next months. These estates are located in the south side of the island. Total of these parcels is 2000 acres. There was one bid for 2 of 9 immovable properties in Bozcaada island. This bid was evaluated by commission and accepted for prior authorization.
