Ministry Of Culture And Tourism Has Started A Research On The Cultural Dishes Of Canakkale
The head of Canakkale Culture and Tourism Directorship, Ismail KANSIZ, told that Ministry of Culture and Tourism Research and Education Directorship have started a project regarding the cultural dishes of Canakkale. In the scope of the project the types of several Canakkale's local dishes will be explored and published as a book. Mr KANSIZ added that the first phase of the project was completed between MAY 3, and May 4 2005.
