| After buying the old inactive olive oil production factory in Cardak, Lapseki, Canakkale, Erdal GURSES has started olive oil production with stone press method. After the restoration of the old olive oil production factory, Chemistry Engineer, Erdal GURSES, and his son, Physics Engineer, Mehmet GURSES, have started production and branded their Olive Oil as 'NAME'. Mr GURSES told that they have produced 350.000 Kg. cold water, stone pressed, olive oils in the year 2005. Mr GURSES added that with the stone press method, they produce 1 liter olive oil out of 3,5 kg olives. Mr GURSES told that with the stone press method highest quality olive oils are produced using the traditional natural methods. Erdal GURSES added that with stone press method which is also called 'Cold Press', low acid olive oil is obtained without any loss in the nutrient value. MR GURESE told that they target to export their 'NAME' olive oils to the international markets. |
