The seabus that was bought from South Korea by the sea transportation company GESTAŞ INC. was brought to Canakkale. Hasan Yürükçü, General Manager of GESTAŞ INC., specified that the seabus called as “Conkbayırı”costed 4 millionTL and it could complete the route between Canakkale and about 1 hour, between Canakkale and Bozcaada about 50 minutes and between Kabatepe and Gokceada about half an hour. It was specified that the seabus will go into service with a ceremony that Binali Yıldırım the Minister of Transportation would join in.
