| Prime Minister, Recep Tayip Erdogan, has started the official to New Zealland and Australia which will last 9 days. Before the departure of Prime Minister Recep Tayip Erdogan and the Turkish Delegates, Prime Minister Erdogan told that they would be in New Zealland till December 7, 2005, and after wednesday it is planned to go Australia. Prime Minister Erdogan told that the official visit would end on December 11, 2005. Prime Minister Erdogan told that the friendship between Turkey and Australia, and New Zelland is improving strongly after the Gallipoli Campaign. Prime Minister Erdogan added that they have a special emphasis on the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park, and they have launched a master project in order to improve the conditions in the historical peninsula while preserving the historical values. Prime Minister Erdogan told that this is the first visit of Turkish Government to Australia and New Zealland in the level of Prime Minister and they are very glad to be in these beatitful countries. Not only the common historical values but also the Turkish people living in Australia and New Zelland can be considered as the factors strengten the relationships with Turkey. |
