The Prime Ministry Has Taken Action For The Anzac Road
After the news of Canakkale Travel with regards to the high deformation of the roads in the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park, the Government representitives of the Prime Ministry has taken action in order to improve the situation. Envoirement and Forest Ministry, Nature Protection and Natural Parks General Manager, Professor Mustafa Kemal YALINKILIC, told that the improvement Project of the roads on the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park had been suspended by the order of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while %60 of the Project had been completed. Mr YALINKILIC pointed the main reason under this high deformation as the suspension of the road improvement project last year. Mr YALINKILIC added that hard weather conditions in this winter has also worsened the situation. With the current order of the Prime Minister Mr Tayip ERDOGAN, the road improvement project of the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park has been started full time. Mr YALINKILIC told that they are working very hard in order to complete the improvement project of the roads in the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park before the Anzac Day 2006.
